Note 3An in 8⁰ edition in two volumes dated 1587 is listed in M 296, folio 2r (Brev[iarium] Rom. 8⁰, 1587, 2 voll., pars Aest[ivalis] [feuilles] 61½, pars Hyem[alis] f[euilles] 66¾, f[euilles] 128¼, [price for the copies with woodcut-illustrations:] florins Carolus guilders 3, et a fig[ures] de cuivre [= price for the copies with copper engravings:] florins Carolus guilders 4), and M 321. It may be assumed that this in 8⁰ edition of '1587' in 2 volumes is identical to the edition described here, showing on the title-page the year 1588.
