Note 2 Without notes and name of editor. The Latin translation of Theognidis sententiae is said to be 'Iacobo Schegkio interprete'. It may be supposed that the translation of the two other Greek texts was also the work of Jacobus Schegkius (German physician and humanist; Schorndorf, 1511 - Tübingen, 9 May 1587).
