Note 2The cost-accounting note in Arch. 4, folio 106 verso, gives the following details about 'Raevardus de Responsis prudentum': the wages for composing and printing quires A-E are entered on 8 June 1566, for quires F-I at an unspecified date; they amount together to 10 florins Carolus guilders 16 stuivers As each copy contains 9 sheets and as 800 copies were printed, 15 reams of paper 'fin petit bastard' were used, which, at 1 florins Carolus guilders 8 stuivers per ream, came to 21 florins Carolus guilders, bringing the overall costs to 31 florins Carolus guilders 16 stuivers
