Note 1 | Collection of horoscopes of 30 personalities of 16th century Europe, including the author, his brother, and some scholars of the Netherlands (Hadrianus Junius, Gemma Frisius), with an introduction (pages 1-27). In his work the author attacks the astrology and its practitioners, especially Cyprianus Leovitius, Hieronymus Cardanus, and Lucas Gauricus, showing with practical examples the errors of their theories. |
