Note 2 | The work was in fact printed at the Officina Plantiniana of Franciscus Raphelengius at Leiden. Part of the edition received a title-page with the Leiden address (a copy in National Library of Medicine, Bethesda [Maryland]); another part one with Plantin's Antwerp imprint. |
