Of the 100 blocks 64 show the monogram of Nicolai and 4 (pages 36, 37, 123, 161) the monogram of Janssen van Kampen; 32 are without a monogram (for more details see preceding no.)

Note 2The cost-accounting note in Arch. 4, folio 111, gives the following details about 'fabulae faerni 2a editio': the entry is noted down on 28 June 1568. The printing of the 5½. sheets cost 11 florins Carolus guilders 4 stuivers For printing the 1,250 copies 14 reams 5 'mains' (including 9 'mains' for the 'imperfections') of 'papier grand carré' were used, which, at 1 florins Carolus guilders 12 stuivers per ream, came to 22 florins Carolus guilders 16 stuivers, bringing the overall costs to 34 florins Carolus guilders
