Note 2Printed at Antwerp by Joannes Withagius (Verwithagen), who also acted as publisher. Copies are preserved with his imprint on the title-page (Van Ortroy, no. 52; Bib. Belgica (1964–1970 éd.), I, page 89). Another part of the edition, however, he sold to his Antwerp colleagues Plantin and Joannes Bellerus, who each received copies with their own address on the title-page (for the copies with the imprint of Bellerus: Van Ortroy, no. 50; Bib. Belgica (1964–1970 éd.), I, page 89).
