| Note 2 | The cost-accounting note in Arch. 4, folio 116 verso, gives under the date of 3 May 1567 these details about the 'Catechismi Hunaei schema': the wages for composing and printing the 2½ sheets amount to 4 florins Carolus guilders 10 stuivers; 1,000 copies were printed 'de grand papier' for which 5 reams and 5 'mains' were used, which, at 2 florins Carolus guilders 8 stuivers per ream, came to 12 florins Carolus guilders 15 stuivers, bringing the overall costs to 17 florins Carolus guilders 5 stuivers 'qui est pièce environ une demye blancque'. |
