Note 1 Answer of the States-General to Otto-Henry, Count of Schwartzenberg, ambassador of the Emperor (without indication of place or date): they reply in the negative to the request of the Emperor to become again Catholic and under Spanish rule, and make at the same time the trial of the Governor-General, Don Juan.
Note 2 This Latin text is very likely the original. Were also published a French (see no. cp012133) and a Dutch (see nos. 1877-1878) translation.
