Description

The synagogue (established 1948) and community of Molenbeek. Individual sections on: the history of the Jews of this region, the synagogue’s founders, and numerous other topics relating to Jewish life, thought, rituals and ceremonies. Exhibition included reconstructed rooms of the synagogue. No itemized listing.

Description

The exhibition was originally planned as a temporary display, but became a permanent installation. It was displayed until the beginning of 2015, when the Museum closed for renovations.
