Description |
An exhibition of facsimiles of documents, photographs and other items from Emanuel Ringelblum’s secret archives, which were buried in the Warsaw Ghetto shortly before its destruction, and discovered in 1946. The material sheds light on life within the Ghetto: its education and culture, religion, economic and social institutions, citizens’ deportation and extermination, and destruction. Brief introductory texts to each section. Descriptive entries. 61 items. |
