An exhibition held in honor of “International Book Year”, showing how the love for Hebrew books has been expressed through printing and artistry. Six individual sections focus on: the first years of Hebrew printing (and the different types of letters used for them), books printed on luxurious materials, limited editions intended for bibliophiles, singular copies (printed upon order), “special-occasion” publications, aesthetically-oriented editions, and books printed in the handwriting of artistic scribes.
