| Description |
A monumental exhibition on Hungarian silver and goldwork from antiquity to the Rococco period (mostly Christian ceremonial objects), organized in an effort to mold a Hungarian national identity. The exhibition was presented under the auspices of the Museum of Applied Arts in cooperation with the Budapest National Museum, which provided the venue for the exhibition. 43 Judaica objects, most of them Torah ornaments, were displayed in a separate case (pp. 163–170).
