ABSTRACTIn the introduction to his communication, Mohammed Bedjaoui, President of the International Court of Justice, pointed out that the ravages of time spare neither men nor institutions, and that it is good, on the occasion of the Court's jubilee, to make a complete check-up. He devotes the communication to the ravages of time. The author positively concludes by quoting Nicolas Politis: "International justice comes from far and goes even further. Once you know your own history, you can trust your own future."
