ABSTRACTOliver Lissitzyn devotes his course to the establishment in the law of treaties the territorial entities other than independent states: members of composite States, dependent States, colonial territories, mandated territories, and some other entities with a form of international control or supervision other than the mandate. In this course, the author intends to answer the questions that arise when the state entities appearing as parties to, or named in, instruments seem to be international agreements.
Oliver Lissitzyn consacre son cours à la place dans le droit des traités des entités territoriales qui ne sont pas des Etats indépendants : les membres d'Etats composites, les Etats dépendants, les territoires coloniaux, les territoires sous mandat, et quelques autres entités sous une autre forme de contrôle ou de supervision internationale que le mandat. Dans ce cours, l'auteur entend répondre aux questions qui surgissent lorsque ces entités étatiques apparaissent comme parties à des instruments qui semblent être des accords internationaux, ou sont nommés dans de tels instruments.
