ABSTRACTDenise Bindschedler writes that it becomes indispensible to examine to what extent and by what means the respect of the legal rule is assured within international organizations. The progressive institutionalization of the international company should in fact be accompanied by reinforcement of the legal protection of subjects participating in international institutions and subject to the limitations which they are capable of imposing upon them. The statements of the author explains attempts to understand the type of problems faced by this subject, a specific characteristic taking on the settlement of disputes in international organizations and, also, and the description of certain teachings on the possibilities of development of procedures, which are likely to consolidate the legal rule.
Denise Bindschedler écrit qu'il devient indispensable d'examiner dans quelle mesure et par quels moyens le respect de la règle de droit est assuré au sein des organisations internationales. L'institutionnalisation progressive de la société internationale doit en effet s'accompagner d'un renforcement de la protection juridique des sujets participant aux institutions internationales et soumis aux limitations que celles-ci sont en mesure de leur imposer. Le propos de l'auteur est d'essayer de comprendre quels problèmes se posent à ce sujet, quel aspect particulier revêt le règlement des différends dans les organismes internationaux et, aussi, de dégager certains enseignements sur les possibilités de développement des procédures propres à affermir la règle de droit.
