ABSTRACTThe course of Felix Ermacora is based on a problem of crucial significance related to the relations between national law and international law, and more particularly, to the law of international organizations. The author, in the first instance, focuses on domestic jurisdiction in general. He then studies the general aspects of human rights in connection with domestic jurisdiction. He later presents a few particular cases related to human rights in connection with domestic jurisdiction, and examines the doctrine regarding the question of Article 2, § 7 of the Charter of the United Nations.
Le cours de Felix Ermacora porte sur un problème d'une importance cruciale concernant les relations entre le droit national et le droit international et, plus particulièrement, le droit des organisations internationales. L'auteur s'intéresse dans un premier temps à la compétence interne en générale. Il étudie ensuite les aspects généraux des droits de l'homme en lien avec la compétence interne. Il présente ensuite quelques cas particuliers en matière de droits de l'homme en lien avec la compétence interne, puis examine la doctrine relative à la question de l'article 2, § 7 de la Charte des Nations Unies.
