ABSTRACTGrigory Tunkin devotes his course to the Legal Nature of the United Nations. According to him, the development of international society as an element of superstructure convincingly corroborates Marxist theory. The emergence of modern international organizations due to the growth of the productive forces has led to a growth in international relations, making it necessary to create permanent organizations to address the issues arising from these relations. The author presents the basic rules of the development of society and the United Nations. He then focuses on the Charter as the legal basis of United Nations activities, the legal nature of the United Nations, its structure and functioning, and the question of the military forces of United Nations, and the question of strengthening the organization.
Grigory Tunkin consacre son cours à la nature juridique des Nations Unies. Selon lui, le développement de la société internationale en tant qu'élément de superstructure corrobore de manière convaincante la théorie marxiste. L'émergence même d'organisations internationales modernes est due à la croissance des forces productives, qui a entraîné une croissance des relations internationales, rendant ainsi nécessaire la création d'organisations permanentes pour régler les problèmes provenant de ces relations. L'auteur présente dans un premier temps les règles de base du développement de la société et des Nations Unies. Il s'intéresse ensuite à la Charte en tant que base juridique des activités des Nations Unies, à la nature juridique des Nations Unies, à sa structure et à son fonctionnement, ainsi qu'à la question des forces armées de l'ONU et à celle du renforcement de l'organisation.
