ABSTRACTFlorentino Feliciano devotes his course to the Legal Problems of International Business Enterprise. In a first part of his course, the author presents the framework of this study, focuses on the process of the private foreign investment, then on the rights claimed in the context of the investment. In the second part of his course, the author focuses on the problem of access to the internal economic process of the host State and the protection of investments.
Florentino Feliciano consacre son cours aux problèmes juridiques de l’entreprise commerciale internationale. Dans une première partie dans laquelle il présente le cadre de son étude, l'auteur s'intéresse au processus de l'investissement étranger privé, puis s'intéresse aux droits revendiqués dans le cadre de cet investissement. Dans la seconde partie de son cours l'auteur s'intéresse au problème de l'accès au processus économique interne de l'Etat hôte et à la protection des investissements réalisés.
