ABSTRACTGeorg Schwarzenberg devotes his course to the Principles and Standards of International Economic Law. After a presentation of the basic features of international economic law, the author first examines the principles of international economic law. He focuses on the question of economic independence and interdependence, describes the frontal attacks on economic sovereignty, and studies the functional principles of international economic law. In the section devoted to the standards, the author particularly focuses on the question of the most favored nation clause and the impact of GATT.

Georg Schwarzenberg consacre son cours aux principes et aux normes du droit international économique. Après une présentation des traits fondamentaux du droit international économique, l'auteur étudie dans un premier temps les principes du droit économique. Il s'intéresse ainsi à la question de l'indépendance et de l'interdépendance économique, décrit les attaques frontales menées contre la souveraineté économique, les principes fonctionnels du droit international économique. Dans la partie consacrée aux normes, l'auteur s'intéresse notamment à la question de la clause de la nation la plus favorisée et à celle de l'impact du GATT.
