ABSTRACTIn his course, Lasar Lunz studies the theory and practice of the socialist countries in terms of conflict of laws in the field of international sales. He begins by presenting the concept of contract of sale in international law, the conflict rules regarding international trade transactions as between organizations of different socialist countries, the conflict rules regarding international commercial transactions according to the legislation of the socialist countries, and the law governing the capacities of the parties, the formal validity, and the effects in rem of the contract of sale.
Dans son cours, Lasar Lunz étudie la théorie et la pratique des pays socialistes en matière de conflits de lois dans le domaine des ventes internationales. Il commence par présenter le concept de contrat de vente en droit international, les règles de conflits relatives aux transactions commerciales internationales entre organisations de différents pays socialistes, les règles de conflit relatives aux transactions commerciales internationales selon la législation des pays socialistes, et le droit régissant la capacités des parties, la validité formelle et les effets in rem du contrat de vente.
