ABSTRACTStephan Verosta devotes his course on International Law in Europe and Western Asia Between 100 and 650 A.D. After a presentation of international law in the relations between Rome and Persia from 100 to 300 A.D., the author focuses on subjects of international law in the north and south of the Roman and Persian empires, and then examines the question of Armenia under the co-suzerainty of the Roman and Persia’s empires. He then describes the relations between the West Roman Empire and East Roman Empire and the realm of the Huns of Europe. The author focuses on the great migrations, the new States in Western Europe, and questions of international law in the treaties between Rome and Persia of 561/562 A.D.
Stephan Verosta consacre son cours au droit international en Europe et en Asie occidentale entre 100 et 650 ap. JC. Après une présentation du droit international dans les relations entre Rome et la Perse de 100 à 300 ap. JC, l'auteur s'intéresse aux sujets de droit international au nord et au sud des empires romains et perses, puis étudie la question de la cosuzeraineté de Rome et de la Perse sur l'Arménie. Il expose ensuite les relations de l'Empire romain d'occident et de l'Empire romain d'orient avec le royaume des Huns d'Europe. L'auteur s'intéresse ensuite aux grandes invasions et aux nouveaux Etats d'Europe occidentale, puis aux questions de droit international dans les traités entre Rome et la Perse de 561/562 après JC.
