ABSTRACTIn the introduction to his course on the Relations and Interactions Between International Law and Domestic Law, H. F. van Panhuys asks the reader to imagine a theatre scene divided into two, one for international law and the other for domestic law, each of the scenes is divided into several elements. After the presentation of the scene and the distribution of the part (the mandates of the actors), the author examines the mandates of the international courts and the mandates of legislators. He then discusses about the forgotten actor: the individual.

En introduction de son cours sur les relations et interactions entre droit international et droit interne, H.F. van Panhuys demande au lecteur de se représenter une scène de théâtre divisée en deux, l'une pour le droit international et l'autre pour le droit interne, chacune des scènes étant-elle même divisée en plusieurs éléments. Après une présentation de la scène et de la distribution de la pièce (les mandats donnés aux acteurs), l'auteur étudie les mandats donnés aux tribunaux internationaux, ceux donnés aux législateurs. Il parle ensuite de l'acteur oublié : l'individu.
