ABSTRACTGeorges Tenekides writes in the introduction to his course that the political regime of States dominates from its shadow the interplay of relationship between sovereign entities, even the normal or abnormal process of the relationship. The subject addressed by the author raises the problems, which are often political, sociological, and psychological. After a historical overview of the issue, the author presents the different doctrinal opinions. He proposes an attempt to explain the frequency of the phenomenon of homogeneity of regimes within international organizations. He then examines the political regime of States and the current practice of international organizations. Finally, he devotes a final chapter to the study of the interplay of reciprocal actions, with the projection of internal political principles in the international order and the influence of the international organization on internal structures.
Georges Ténékidès écrit en introduction de son cours que le régime politique des Etats domine de son ombre le jeu des rapports entre entités souveraines, voire même le processus normal ou anormal de ces rapports. Le sujet abordé par l'auteur pose des problèmes qui sont souvent d'ordre politique, sociologique et psychologique. Après un aperçu historique de la question, l'auteur présente différentes opinions doctrinales. Il propose ensuite un essai d'explication de la fréquence du phénomène de l'homogénéité des régimes au sein des organisations internationales. Il étudie ensuite le régime politique des Etats et la pratique actuelle des organisations internationales. Il consacre enfin un dernier chapitre à l'étude du jeu des actions réciproques, avec la projection de principes politiques internes dans l'ordre international et l'influence de l'organisation internationale sur les structures internes.
