ABSTRACTBerthold Goldman's intention is not to examine the international private law of the various States, relating to international arbitration, but to seek, from International Conventions, the rules of arbitration institutions and the practice of arbitration, if and how one can conceive within the framework of this institution, an autonomous system of solution of conflicts of laws.
