ABSTRACTThe task that Milan Bartos proposes to carry out in this course is to present, from the legal point of view, the condition of the ad hoc diplomacy, the ways and the perspectives of the search for the solutions, and its regulation in the public international law. After historical considerations of the legal status of ad hoc diplomacy, the author examines the normative rules of public international law relating to ad hoc diplomacy, discusses the concept of ad hoc diplomacy, and presents its special aspects. Finally, the author investigates the general institutions concerning ad hoc diplomacy, the relation between ad hoc diplomacy and sedentary diplomacy, and the issues of facilities, privileges, and immunities.
La tâche que Milan Bartoš se propose de mener à bien dans ce cours est d'exposer, au point de vue juridique, la condition de la diplomatie ad hoc, les voies et les perspectives de la recherche des solutions, de sa réglementation dans le droit international public. Après des considérations historiques sur la condition juridique de la diplomatie ad hoc, l'auteur étudie les règles normatives du droit international public relatives à la diplomatie ad hoc, expose la notion de diplomatie ad hoc, et en présente les aspects spéciaux. Il étudie ensuite les institutions générales concernant la diplomatie ad hoc, la relation entre diplomatie ad hoc et diplomatie sédentaire, puis les questions des facilités, des privilèges et immunités.
