ABSTRACTAfter a presentation of the beginnings of an organized international community, Humphrey Waldock continues his course with a study of the framework of international law today in 1962. He then focuses on the main sources of international law (international custom, general principles of law, and treaties), and then on subsidiary sources. He discusses the question of the judicial process in international law, as well as the relations between domestic and international law, subjects of international law and problems of recognition, State sovereignty, the reserved domain of the State, the individual in international law, the individual and his responsibility for international crimes, and the rules governing resort to force.
Après une présentation des débuts de la communauté internationale organisée, Humphrey Waldock continue son cours avec une étude du cadre du droit international tel qu'il se présente en 1962. Il s'intéresse ensuite aux sources principales du droit international (la coutume, les principes généraux et les traités), puis aux sources subsidiaires.
