ABSTRACTHakan Nial mainly addresses the problems of private international law in his course from the perspective of Swedish private international law. First, the author examines the issues related to property law in private international law and next the issues of bankruptcy law in Swedish private international law. Finally, he proposes a contribution to the question of the protection of societies by public international law.
Les problèmes de droit international privés traités par Håkan Nial dans son cours sont principalement abordés du point de vue du droit international privé suédois. Dans un premier temps, l'auteur étudie des questions relatives au droit des biens en droit international privé, puis à des questions de droit de la faillite en droit international privé suédois. Il propose enfin une contribution à la question de la protection des sociétés par le droit international public.
