ABSTRACTAngelo Sereni's course focuses on the regulation of international economic institutions through the national laws of sovereign states. After an introduction devoted, inter alia, to the historical context of legal problems related to international economic institutions and to the multiplicity of legal systems concerned, the author focuses on limitations on the choice of legal systems governing the status and activities of international economic Institutions. He then examines the status and activities of international economic institutions within national legal systems.
Le cours d'Angelo Sereni porte sur la régulation des institutions économiques internationales par les droits nationaux d'Etats souverains. Après une introduction consacrée, entre autres, au contexte historique des problèmes juridiques liées aux institutions économiques internationales et à la multiplicité des systèmes juridiques concernés, l'auteur s'intéresse aux limitations quant au choix des systèmes juridiques régissant le statut et les activités des Institutions économiques internationales. Il étudie ensuite le statut et les activités des institutions économiques internationales au sein des systèmes juridiques nationaux.
