ABSTRACTMario Matteucci devotes his course to the analysis of the fundamental problems related to the unification of law in order to contribute to the construction of a general theory of uniform law. The author begins by presenting the concept of uniform law and its historical evolution. The author then presents the subject of the uniform law and its elaboration, discusses the application of uniform law (its interpretation, its preservation, the collateral activities to the creation of uniform law, the approximation of the legal schools, the study of the technique of uniform law, and the standardization of commercial practices).

Mario Matteucci consacre son cours à l'analyse des problèmes de fond relatifs à l'unification du droit dans le but de contribuer à la construction d'une théorie générale du droit uniforme. L'auteur commence par présenter la notion de droit uniforme et son évolution historique. Il présente ensuite l'objet du droit uniforme et son élaboration, puis s'intéresse à l'application du droit uniforme (son interprétation, sa préservation, les activités collatérales à la création du droit uniforme, le rapprochement des écoles juridiques, l'étude de la technique du droit uniforme, et l'uniformisation des pratiques commerciales).
