ABSTRACTA.H. Robertson focuses on the Legal Problems of European Integration in this course. After a chapter dealing with the institutions in general (and in particular to the characteristics of the principal European organizations), the author examines the organs of an executive character, next organs of a judicial character, and finally organs of a parliamentary character. The author then discusses the issue of the pattern of European integration.

Après un chapitre consacré aux institutions en général (et notamment aux caractéristiques des principales organisations européennes), l'auteur étudie les organes présentant un caractère exécutif, puis ceux ayant un caractère judiciaire, et enfin ceux qui ont un caractère parlementaire. L'auteur aborde ensuite la question du schéma de l'intégration européenne.
