ABSTRACTRudolf Bindschedler says in 1956 that the expropriation of private property is certainly nothing new. It is not today that the State appropriates property previously owned by individuals, including entire enterprises or even branches of industrial facility. The frequent absence or inadequacy of the allowances granted to the interested parties obliges to resume at the base a problem which, according to the author, could have been assumed that the legal solution had been achieved.
L'expropriation de la propriété privée, explique Rudolf Bindschedler en 1956, n'est assurément rien de nouveau. Ce n'est pas d'aujourd'hui que l'État s'approprie les biens appartenant jusqu'alors à des particuliers, y compris des entreprises entières ou même des branches de l'activité industrielle. L'absence ou l'insuffisance trop fréquente des indemnités allouées aux intéressés oblige à reprendre par la base un problème dont on pouvait croire, poursuit l'auteur, que la solution juridique était acquise.
