ABSTRACTJulius Stone studies in this course the relationship between international law and social, political, and economic facts that are relevant to the understanding of its origins, sustainability, changes, and judgments that mark its development. After an introduction to the problem of sociology of international law, the author examines the prerequisites for sociological studies, human communication, the framework of inquiries presented by international law, and the feasibility of tasks.
