ABSTRACTB. Mirkin-Guetzevich begins his course with a presentation of the modern doctrine of human rights. He focuses on Universal Declaration as such and then on the work of the United Nations. The author successively deals with the issues of the peoples’ right to self-determination, the implementation of the Universal Declaration, and the prospects for the international protection of human rights.
B. Mirkine-Guetzévitch commence son cours par la présentation de la doctrine moderne des droits de l'homme. Il s'intéresse ensuite à la déclaration universelle en tant que telle, puis aux travaux des Nations Unies. Il aborde ensuite successivement les questions du droit des peuples à disposer d'eux-mêmes, de la mise en œuvre de la Déclaration universelle, et des perspectives de la protection internationale des droits de l'homme.
