ABSTRACTIn this course, Charles Fenwick does not intend to apply the standard approach found in the textbooks to the general principles of international law, but to review the progress of international law during the past forty years and to present the benefits of broadening the scope of application and the accompanying progress in defining and clarifying the fundamental principles.
