ABSTRACTMilorad Straznicky begins his course with a study of the jurisprudence of the Supreme Plebiscite Court before the resettlement of Germany in the Government of the Saar Territory and focuses on the issues of the constitution of the Court, procedure, and jurisdiction. The author then examines the position of the Supreme Court after the plebiscite, particularly with regard to its constitution, procedure, and jurisdiction.
