ABSTRACTMichel Dendias starts his course by classification of the international administrative services. He then suggests an enumeration of the main administrative services by presenting their organization and their functioning (Universal Postal Union, International Telegraph Union, Union of Weights and Measures, etc.) He later studies the League of Nations under its international administrative aspect.
