ABSTRACTG.-A. Walt begins his course with an overview of various themes on the Relationship Between International Law and Domestic Law. The author then presents the basic facts of legal practice, and examines the legal relationship between international law and domestic law. The author outlines the domestic methods utilized for the internal validation of international law. Finally, the author presents the position of international law before the authorities and the domestic courts.

Il présente ensuite les données fondamentales de la pratique juridique, puis étudie les rapports juridiques entre le droit international et le droit interne. Il expose ensuite les méthodes nationales employées pour la validation interne du droit international. Enfin, l'auteur présente la situation du droit international devant les autorités et les tribunaux internes.
