ABSTRACTArnold Mc Nair proposes to dedicate his course to the research and collection of materials in the form of judgments and diplomatic controversies rather than the discussion of theories. After a historical overview and preliminary observations, he thus successively studies the different categories of treaties which can, besides, overlap: the treaties relating to permanent laws, the treaties conferring rights of extraterritoriality, the commercial treaties, the treaties regulating the state of war, etc.
Arnold Mc Nair se propose de consacrer son cours à la recherche et à la collection de matériaux sous la forme de jugements et de controverses diplomatiques plutôt qu'à la discussion de théories. Après un aperçu historique et des observations préliminaires, il étudie ainsi successivement différentes catégories de traités qui d'ailleurs peuvent se recouper : les traités ayant rapport aux droits permanents, les traités conférant des droits d'extraterritorialité, les traités de commerce, les traités réglementant l'état de guerre, etc.
