ABSTRACTThe theme developed by J.-P. Niboyet in his course is the relations that exist or rather should exist between the general principles of civil law and the treaties which are, after all, just the contracts between the States. After outlining a few general considerations, the author examines the patterns of diplomatic reciprocity, and then the possible vicissitudes and guarantees of diplomatic reciprocity.
Le thème que développe J.-P. Niboyet dans son cours est celui des rapports qui existent ou plutôt qui devraient exister entre les principes généraux du droit civil et les traités qui ne sont jamais, après tout, que des contrats entre les Etats. Après l'exposé de quelques considérations générales, l'auteur étudie les formules de réciprocité diplomatique, puis les vicissitudes et garanties possibles de la réciprocité diplomatique.
