ABSTRACTCurt Rühland begins this course on the Problem of Legal Entities in Private International Law by presenting a few preliminary issues on the concept and legal nature of the legal entity. The author then studies the issue of the nationality of legal entities and the position of legal entities in private international law. Finally, the author focuses on supranational legal entities, namely the organizations of intergovernmental public law (SDN, BIS, etc.) and private international associations.
