ABSTRACTJ.C.Witenberg begins his course on the Admissibility of Complaints in Presence of International Jurisdictions with a presentation of the sources and the definition and classification of the means of admissibility. The author then studies the condition of admissibility concerned with the parties to the dispute (the endorsement) and the conditions of admissibility of individual complaints. The author also describes a few specific cases, and later focuses on the conditions of admissibility concerned with the nature of dispute and on the conditions of admissibility concerned with the legal organization. The second part of the course is dedicated to the procedure and judgment of the conditions of admissibility.
J.C.Witenberg commence son cours sur la recevabilité des réclamations devant les juridictions internationales par une présentation des sources et de la définition et de la classification des moyens de recevabilité. Il étudie ensuite la condition de recevabilité tenant aux parties au litige (l'endossement) puis les conditions de recevabilité des réclamations d'origine individuelle. Il expose également quelques cas particuliers, puis s'intéresse aux conditions de recevabilité tenant à la nature du différend, puis aux conditions de recevabilité tenant à l'organisation judiciaire. La deuxième partie du cours est consacrée à la procédure et au jugement des conditions de recevabilité.
