ABSTRACTAccording to Philippe Malaurie, there are three reasons for reviving the issue of Monetary Law in International Private Relations: the crisis of the conflict rule, the crisis of the international monetary system, and contemporary practice. In this course, the author examines the concept of a foreign currency, the clauses referring to a single foreign currency, and multicurrency obligations.
