ABSTRACTB. Mirkine- Guetzevitch studies in this course the relationship between Constitutional Law and International Law. First, he describes the historical method of studying the relationship between international law and constitutional law. He then examines the international law and constitutional regimes, international treaties, and constitutional law. He successively presents the question of war with regard to the constitutional law, the question of the internal law of peace, and finally jus gentium pacis.

B. Mirkine-Guetzévitch étudie dans ce cours les rapports entre droit constitutionnel et droit international. Dans un premier temps, il expose la méthode historique de l'étude des rapports entre le droit international et le droit constitutionnel. Il étudie ensuite droit international et les régimes constitutionnels, puis les traités internationaux et le droit constitutionnel. Il présente ensuite successivement la question de la guerre au regard du droit constitutionnel, à la question du droit interne de la paix, et enfin au jus gentium pacis.
