ABSTRACTThe course of Attilio Garino Canina reflects above all the exceptional events that have occurred in recent years, and the grave difficulties that have troubled people's lives in the hard spiritual, economic, and political struggles derived from the war. The author notes, however, that the uncertainty of the financial situation has served to highlight some shortcomings that had already been noted previously in the international monetary and financial organization.
Le cours d'Attilio Garino Canina reflète surtout les événements exceptionnels qui se sont passés ces dernières années, et les graves difficultés qui ont troublé la vie des peuples dans le dur labeur spirituel, économique et politique dérivé de la guerre. L'incertitude de la situation financière a cependant servi, relève l'auteur, à mettre en évidence quelques insuffisances que l'on avait déjà pu remarquer auparavant dans l'organisation monétaire et financière internationale.
