ABSTRACTJulien Makowski begins his course on The Current Organization of International Arbitration with a presentation of forms of arbitration: diplomatic negotiations, the constitution of a body directly dependent on the parties, and the constitution of a body independent of the parties. He then studies the sources of arbitration - isolated arbitration and institutional arbitration. Finally, the author discusses arbitration at work, and in this context examines the implementation of various procedures, the jurisdiction of the body, and the relationship between the arbitration decision and the domestic law of the parties.

Julien Makowski commence son cours sur l'organisation actuelle de l'arbitrage international par une présentation des formes de l'arbitrage : négociations diplomatiques, constitution d'un organe dépendante directement des parties, et constitution d'un organe indépendante des parties. Il étudie ensuite les sources de l'arbitrage – arbitrage isolé et arbitrage institutionnel. Enfin, l'auteur expose l'arbitrage au travail et s'intéresse dans ce cadre à la mise en œuvre des différentes procédures, à la compétence de l'organe, et au rapport entre la décision arbitrale et le droit interne des parties.
