ABSTRACTCino Vitta explains that International Health Law is a branch of international administrative law. To introduce his point of view on this question, the author begins by describing some general principles on the domestic health law and the limitation of international health legislation. He provides a historical overview of the problem and describes the International Health Administration bodies. He then analyses the Paris Sanitary Convention of 1926, and then focuses on the fight against social diseases.

Le droit sanitaire international est une branche du droit administratif international, explique Cino Vitta. Pour introduire son point de vue sur cette question, l'auteur commence par exposer quelques principes généraux sur le droit sanitaire interne et la limitation de la législation sanitaire internationale. Il fournit ensuite un aperçu historique du problème, puis décrit les organes de l'administration sanitaire internationale. Il analyse ensuite la Convention sanitaire de Paris de 1926, puis s'intéresse à la lutte contre les maladies sociales.
