ABSTRACTJ.-M. Trias de Bes devotes his course to Spanish private international law. After a presentation of the historical evolution from the conquest by the Visigoths, the author first focuses on the personal relations, the regime of the goods and the form of the acts. He studies the principle of the autonomy of Will, the concept of public policy, the solution of referral and the concept of fraud against the law. He then discusses the application of domestic law in family law, the rules of private international law and inter-regional law on succession, and finally the conflict of laws in civil procedure.
J.-M. Trias De Bès consacre son cours au droit international privé espagnol. Après une présentation de l'évolution historique à partir de la conquête par les Wisigoths, l'auteur s'intéresse dans un premier temps aux rapports personnels, au régime des biens et à la forme des actes. Il étudie ensuite le principe de l'autonomie de la volonté, la notion d'ordre public, la solution du renvoi et la notion de fraude à la loi. Il aborde ensuite la question de l'application de la loi nationale en matière de droit de la famille, les règles de droit international privé et de droit interrégional sur les successions, et enfin les conflits de lois en matière de procédure civile.
