ABSTRACTBoris Nolde’s presentation of international legal phenomena in monetary matters aims to contribute to the construction of the general legal theory of money. He begins with a study of monetary sovereignty and its limitations, and then the currency regime in international payments. He then focuses on the issue of the currency in the event of territorial transformation of States and the temporary exercise of monetary sovereignty, as well as on international measures for the recovery of monetary system of States, international measures for the regularization of exchange rates, and monetary unions.
La présentation que Boris Nolde entreprend des phénomènes juridiques internationaux en matière monétaire vise à contribuer à la construction de la théorie juridique générale de la monnaie. Il commence par étudier la souveraineté monétaire et ses limites, puis le régime de la monnaie dans les paiements internationaux. Il s'intéresse ensuite à la question de la monnaie en cas de transformation territoriale des Etats et d'exercice temporaire de la souveraineté monétaire, ainsi qu'aux mesures internationales de redressement monétaire des Etats, aux mesures internationales de régularisation des changes, et aux unions monétaires.
