ABSTRACTMassimo Pilotti’s course is devoted to the elaboration of a classification of unions of States in the field of international relations. He classifies six forms: bilateral unions, groups with individual exercise of activities, associations whose activity is exercised through organs common to these States, associations with the exercise of the activity of the group alongside the individual activity of the States, associations with the exercise of the activity of the group and abolition of the individual activity of the States, associations with the exercise of the activity of a single member State of the group, and abolition or subordination of the individual activity of the other States.
Le cours de Massimo Pilotti est consacré à l'élaboration d'une classification des unions d'Etats dans le domaine des relations internationales. Il en distingue six formes : les unions bilatérales, les groupements avec exercice individuel des activités, l'association dont l'activité s'exerce par le moyen d'organes communs à ces Etats, l'association avec exercice de l'activité du groupe à côté de l'activité individuelle des Etats, l'association avec exercice de l'activité du groupe et suppression de l'activité individuelle des Etats, l'association avec exercice de l'activité d'un seul Etat membre du groupe et suppression ou la subordination de l'activité individuelle des autres Etats.
